For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside leaders, teams, and organizations across industries.

What I’ve learned is that the most important issues rarely fit neatly into one box. Business challenges are also people challenges. Culture is shaped by what leaders say and do, what organizations reward, how decisions are made, and what happens every day when no one is watching.

That is the lens I bring to my work with leaders and organizations, and to my writing for leaders and for children.
